Shipping Provider:
The delivery time after payment is received within Germany is 1-3 business days. For sales and special promotions, please allow an additional 2-3 days.
The delivery time with UPS Express Saver is the next business day, provided the order and payment are completed by 1 PM. Please note that deliveries are only made Monday to Friday; orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Once your goods have been handed over to our provider, you will receive an email with your package number.
We ship orders to Germany and Austria via DHL. Link: to DHL tracking

Orders via UPS can also be delivered to UPS Access Points. Link: find Access Points
For technical reasons, checking the status is not always possible immediately after the package is handed over. Just be a little patient.

With our FedEx shipping, you will receive your package within 3-4 days. In large cities near the German-Swiss border, such as Zurich and Basel, our packages are usually delivered within 2-3 days.
Notes on Swiss VAT, customs & fees:
Please note that when importing into Switzerland, import VAT (Swiss VAT) and possibly customs fees will apply. The costs are to be borne by the buyer.
- VAT: We only charge the net price (see gross price on our website minus 19% German VAT). The Swiss customs will then charge 8% Swiss VAT upon import, as well as possible customs fees and postal handling fees. These fees will be billed separately by customs and will be due upon delivery. - Customs Fees: The amount depends on the net value of the goods, the gross weight of the package (including packaging), and the type of goods. To find out which customs fees apply to which groups of goods, please contact your local customs office (e.g., contact the customs office in Basel: e-mail: kdbs.zentrale@ezv.admin.ch | Tel.: 061287 11 11).
Upon return of the goods, paid customs fees and Swiss VAT can be claimed back from customs. For more information and a calculation example of customs fees, visit the website of the Swiss customs.
- Postal Handling Fee: When importing into Switzerland, a postal handling fee will apply if customs or VAT exceed the threshold of 5 CHF. The postal handling fee is the charge that Swiss Post requires for processing customs formalities and is approximately 20 CHF per package.
