Your ordered items don't fit as desired or don't meet your expectations? No problem! In addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal, we grant you an additional 7 days of money-back guarantee on all items. We also cover the return shipping costs for all orders (only within Germany) over €40.00 in value when you use our 43einhalb Returns Portal for your return. Exchange: How do I proceed?

Return to sender – The item does not fit and you would like to exchange it? Simply place a new order and the item will be dispatched immediately, depending on the payment method. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the amount of your original order. Note: An exchange (different size, colour etc.) at sale conditions is not possible. In the case of a new order, the current price at the time of the new order applies.

Refund: How do I receive my refund credit?

We will refund the amount of your original order upon receiving your return using the same method as your payment. Feel free to contact us with any questions during our business hours by phone (0661 3605693), or you can send us an email at info@43einhalb.com.

Complaint: How do I complain about a defective item?

Nobody is perfect – if your merchandise is defective or has a material flaw, please contact our competent support team via email before returning at info@43einhalb.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Return: How do I return items for free?

We cover the return shipping costs for all orders over €40.00 in value from Germany if you use our Returns Portal for your return. Have your order number and email address ready for this process.

Free Return*: In which cases is my return free?

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective item. Please contact our customer support at info@43einhalb.com beforehand.
  • You return items with a value greater than €40 and use our Returns Portal. (only within Germany)
  • You return your order or parts of your order within the 21-day return period. (only within Germany)
  • You adhere to and follow our return conditions.

If your return is not free, you have the option to purchase a return label through our Returns Portal (only for returns within Germany). The amount of €4.80 will be deducted from your refund credit. If you choose to use a different label, we will send you a return accompanying document via email. Please include this printed document with your return. (only within Germany)

Return Conditions: What should I consider before returning?

  • Please do not send your items unfree or uninsured. We will charge you for packages or shipments that are not sent through our DHL portal.
  • Only items tried on for size can be returned. Worn or washed items are excluded from returns and exchanges.
  • Items with signs of use or damaged by the customer are excluded from exchange and return.
  • Packaging is part of the product. Therefore, we only accept goods and shoes in their original boxes, textiles & accessories in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct this from the refund credit for damaged or missing packaging.
  • Complaint inquiries are only processed after prior agreement (via email). Please contact our customer support at info@43einhalb.com for this.
  • If possible, please use our shipping box for returns.
