This year, New Balance launches the 997H, a new lifestyle model inspired by the classic 997 shoe from 1991 that combines latest innovation with a distinctive style. The new model is a progressive update on the ultimate 99x fan-favourite, offering a sleeker and slicker ride than ever before.

The new 997H has a modern look, but remains true to the New Balance Heritage idea. The modernized and extremely lightweight outsole in addition with GCEVA cushioning perfectly combines comfort and stability. Other details includes a synthetic leather and edge debs on the tongue and collar inspired by the original silhouette, the 997, along with a mix of suede, mesh, synthetic and leather details.

Light, fast and simply stylish, the 997H adds a worthy modern chapter to the 997’s cultish legacy, and has a more accessible price point than its »Made in USA« counterpart.
